The compliance carbon market principles are based on requirements of Kyoto Protocol, whose aim is to help the countries which are a party to the protocol achieve their emission reductions target.

The voluntary carbon market is based on voluntary principles in which reduced GHG emissions are known as Voluntary Emission Reductions (VERs). There are two main drivers in the voluntary market: the companies that buy carbon credits to achieve their CSR (corporate social responsibility) targets and while others are the voluntary efforts made to offset emissions.

There are many types of projects available in the market but the most significant ones are available in the energy sector, especially renewable energy.

• Airport carbon accreditation audit

Airports consume a lot of energy as they are into operation all the time. Their operation must remain safe and hazard-free. They must follow the standard norms and procedures. However, the challenge lies in maintaining the systems’ efficient operation in place. The aim is to manage carbon emissions to reduce it to zero and maintain the airport operations’ carbon neutral. We perform regular audits to ascertain that the airports conform to the accreditation norms.
